    newbie

    hi guys.

    just a bit of background.
i was a teen athlete at a state level in 2 seperate sports who unfortunatley got alot of normal health then following severe mental health issues.

Im 24 and been trying to get into lifting and back into sports for 3 years but injury after injury. I eat good. I stretch plenty. I understand most basic concepts of rehabiltation of injuries etc.

Ive had a persistant wrist injury that is very painful to lift with and cannot play tennis at all havent for 8 years
My ankle re sprains itself very regulary from soccer.

And my right quad no matter how many medical professionals i see and how correct of rehabiltiation I give it re tears itself. Currently been out for a few months with this. Missed 90 percent of games last season to the same injury.

looking towards gear now as i want help with recovery( i am no were near going pro or anything anymore so nothing will be 'cheating'). Look forward to reading and hopefully learning the ins and outs of it all threw this forum!

    thanks

Welcome. I have had my fair share of injuries also, so I completely understand.
