    Lightbulb New guy here....Needing guidance

    Hello all! Newbie to the forum. Cycled last summer Deca & Test 8 weeks, seen great results. Looking to start a new cycle this time a little different . Looking for the lean/ripped look. Im 6'1 215 been training for the last two weeks. Nothing hard just trying to get rid of the wintertime gut. Ive been doing cardio 5 X a week 3 mile minimums and have a clean diet. Any suggestions on what i should cycle with this time around? I was thinking throwing in a little Dbal & Winne

    Post your cardio workout in LIFTING TECHNIQUE'S & WORKOUT QUESTIONS. Post what you are doing and how long you have been doing it. Then post your diet in NUTRITION RESOURCE FORUM . The members in both sections are very knowledgeable and the members in those sections will be able to give you the best advice.
