    Hi my name is lionel

    28 years old
    89 kg
    5
    10% bf i gues (havent check in a while)
    been working out for 4-5 years

    i always go on this website for information so i decided to join, i actually joined a while ago but was not taking this seriously and the right way till i took my time to get a better understanding of steroids

    done 2 cycles already (test d bol / Test deca )
