my name is Eugene, I'm originally from Romania but living in Italy for about 12 years ,lifting for 3 years
i am 186 cm tall ,93 kg , bf 15% (more or less),for now I want to move forward natural at least 2 years. For the moment I try to learn as much as possible. I'm gonna need all that when I decide to do my first cycle.
i have a problem my trapezius muscles are very weak, perhaps for all the injury that I did not let heal completely,,, whenever I push to the maximum, my back is blocked for at least a week, I read around that steroids can help to strengthen and to heal more quickly the muscles ,I do not want to use steroids to become bigger, I just want to know if it is possible to make the muscles stronger .
