Greeting to one and all!

I decided a few months back when I turned 45 that it was time to do something to get the body I have always wanted before I am too old and past the point of no return.

Been working hard in the gym since then and getting there but it's hard to stay focused and motivated not to mention how hard it is to shift body fat now, it used to be so much easier! so I hope to be inspired by the posts here to keep me on track.
