    Testrone level

    I m new to this forum... My testrone leve is 300 nanograms per deciliter is that normal for muscle growth or not...

    My age is 22 and my height is 194 cm please tell me it is safe if i take sustanone 250 for increase testerone level

    300ng/dl is generally considered pretty low. You need to investigate the cause of it with your doctor and address the problem before you turn to steroid use!

    The true reason is i mastrubation alot from the age of 12 and 3-4 times a day now i overcome this problem...
