Did you have Total and Bio Testosterone checked? What about sex hormones - FSH, LH? Estradiol? TSH? SHBG, Iron, Ferritin?

These are important and can help diagnose whether or not you may be suffering from Adropause or some other related issues.

Welcome. It doesn’t sound like your diabetes is under control. Since you are on meds your random glucose should have been 139 or lower. I would have considered your BS level to be acceptable if it was below 180 and just attributed it to your needing to take your medication. Hyperglycemia may cause drowsiness. I would suggest getting your diabetes under control. Are you over weight? Judging by your height and weight I would say that you probably are. I would suggest losing 10 pounds or more because this could help you control your diabetes naturally or completely eliminate the condition. This can be achieved through diet and exercise. The members on this site would a good source to help you achieve this goal.
