Hi Guys and Gals, A long time follower hear and a Greatful appreciation of all the great info retained from you all over the years. I did a couple pro hormone cycle years ago and did 3 cycles all around 5 years ago so i have some knowledge and defiantly read up on info from you all as well over the years. I am about 6 feet tall 185 ponds now with about 20% body fat. I used to be 195 with 11% body fat and before that i was 220 with 15 or 16% BF and i believe that's because I am a diabetic and used my insulin after workout to gain however that strategy worked great but gave me a lot of unwanted Body fat. I got in a motorcycle accident approximately 5 years ago when I was really into BB'ing but a doctor malpracticed on my clavical right next to my fav muscle to tear up the shouildrer and haven't been cleared to workout in years. Im in to physical therapy to strengthen and even my shoulder and also my tricep chich was injured in the accident when the tip ov my elbow broke off and the tricep muscle just pulled it up in my arm. Sorry for the too much info but from gain ing knowledge in the forum for years I know many ppl will ask and more info helps. I eat very very clean. My diet is great and i try to balance evcerything correctly. Its taking longer than anticipated to strengthen my shoulder and since Im in the gym now and have some extra bottles of test cyp i figured. Yeahhhh Buddy and decided to join and contribute. I have my personal training liscence (but im not looking to good right now so who would want an out of shape personal trainer telling them what and how to do things lol)) and quite a few nutrition and supplement courses under my belt as well so that obviously help's.. well thats it.. it was alot but looking forward to some great advice and deffinetly contributing.
