    Hi :)

    Hi guys!!

    Been a member for a long time and use the advice on the site and forum frequently but never posted anything...so i thought i would reintroduce myself

    Very regular gym activity, mix of cardio and weights sessions, not currently running any cycle but that will change soon.

    Stats are something like:

    Age - 23
    Weight - 84kg/185lbs
    BF - ~17%
    Height - 185cm
