Hello from Kiev
Hi everyone,
I found this forum when searching for information about HGH. I just did some blood work which revealed low levels of Testosterone and deficient levels of IGF-1.
So I will shortly begin a regimen of 2IU HGH injections, 5/2, and hope that helps with my low energy, poor sleep, fat around the waist, and other symptoms of low HGH which I seem to have.
I would be tempted to nomalize my Testosterone levels too, but I'm worried about the potential side effect of hair loss. Is this common?
I'm not a body builder but I do go to the gym 3-4 times a week and am aiming for a fairly athletic figure, e.g. overall lean with broad shoulders, and general cardio fitness.

welcome to the forum. you came to a great place for information!
I would strongly advise working closely with a doctor to address your deficient igf-1 levels as well as your testosterone levels; often times there is an underlying cause that needs to be treated.
If you simply replace what you are lacking, it is like putting a bandaid on a wound that will never heal..you just have to keep putting a new bandaid on. Treating the actual cause of the problem is a much better route to go!
Good luck
