Dickster.
Hi,
I am a 53 year old guy looking for help and advice, I have been training for 30 years, started out at 23 and 10 stone of bones, now 13.2 stone, genetically not very gifted, I have tried every routine and diet over the years, but finally settled on heavy compound exercises like squats, cleans, deads, shoulder and bench press.
I have contributed to make the supplement market more wealthy, and paid the price in gaining fat. I have always worked hard in the gym.
The only time I made any real gains and felt not completely knackered was about 10 years ago, when I used Tbol for 6 weeks.
I have thought many times of trying a cycle, but have been to *****, I don't want to stop training ever, but increasing fatigue and longer recovery times are now more common.
If I had spent more time living my dreams instead of reading endless mags, books, and taking every natural potion to man, I would probably have realised better gains.
I am an old guy looking for some good advice on a cycle for someone of my age, I know I wont rock the world, but shit I would like to give it a go.
Thank you.

Welcome! This is definitely the place to get quality info. I started "Hormone Replacement Therapy" about 4 years ago and with the simple addition of low dose Testosterone Cypionate I put on almost 25 lbs in 3 months with very little effort. (At lease the effort seemed like nothing compared to hard hard it had been to put on size and weight in the past.) Good luck.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to me, I know a little on the subject but not enough to make informed decisions, my location makes it impossible to find the right persons for advice, I did once visit my GP to ask about the subject, his answer was anti-depressents, he seemed to know less than me, I asked for my bloods to be taken, he finally agreed, but the blood tests were very limited and gave little info.
Thanks Dickster.
