    Ready to get to started!

    Hey guys! I just joined the site. I'm 18 years old and I am a senior in high school. I am currently 6"0 tall weigh in at about 135 pounds. I play many sports including basketball and I run track. I'm just trying to find a way to gain about 10 pounds of muscle over the summer super fast so I can play some football and dominate in some of my sports. I've always been the little guy and I think it's time to change that!

    Welcome aboard buddy!!

    Gaining weight depends only on your DIET, according to a lot of cardio activity you have, you have to eat EVEN MORE to gain size!

    Hit the nutrition section, post your stats and goals, those guys will make you gain faster than you think!
