    Hi all

    Hi im 24 this time last year i was 10and half stone and 6ft.

    Ive been going to the gym for just over a year. But tbh with you only having proper gym sessions for the last 4-5 months which i mean eating better more and better exercises like dead lifts squats etc which i never used todo!

    In the last 5 months ive put on two stone and gone from 11 and a bit stone to just over 13 and half stone(189lbs)

    The biggest problem i have is i have a weak chest! And need it to grow! I train chest on monday and friday i do incline on mondays and flat and decline fridays! Im sticking away from cables for a while as i been recommended to by a friend!

    Im also looking into starting a cycle but the only people i know who take anything just throw as much into them as possible and gym for 30mins and go out on piss in the nights!

    Ps im not in any rush just advice thanks!

    Bit of a silly question here! For some unknown reason i cant tense my left trap as much as my right! And also i can make my shoulder blade stick out in the right but not the left! Its really frustrating anyone else experienced this problem? Where can i post this question?

    sounds like you may have some muscle imbalance between your shoulder girdles. Should get it checkout out by a physical therapist if its troubling you

    It doesnt affect my lifting and i dint think one of my shoulders are stronger than the other! Thers only an inbalance when i tense i just dont think my body knows how to tense my left when i tense my left it seems to tense more my lat than trap
