    Help a brother out

    HI New here picked up some gear, would like to be pointed in the right direction to give a list and ask cycling advice thanks.

    I'd repost to Q&A, but lets make sure your diet & training are in line before you even contemplate AAS. But knowing most people don't do that, please research a proper PCT regiment, I hate seeing uneducated people ruin their bodies with gear.
