4 months - but I would say 3 because the first month I pissed about with the diet a lot/didn't take it seriously. This latest month I haven't gained either - more maintained.
I don't think I'm above 15% BF tbh but I don't have calipers to measure. When I punch my pec area it's 'hard' but my mid section is kinda soft still.

but something very similar to you bdos900. I don't want to be huge - just lean, cut, defined and something that is maintainable. A little bigger then a typical beach body for example.
