First of all, its a pleasure for me joining the #1 Body Building forum on the web,
I am 29 6"2 1/2 212 19 %BF from Puerto Rico. I been training for the last year, I went from 225 (out of shape) to 195 (smaller version of out shape lol ) between March/2012-to Oct/2012. Since I loss so much muscle mass in process (low carb diet and high cardio) , my goal is to reach 225-230 in lean muscle (Weights,protein,etc) , since I live in the Caribbean, where is 365 days of 80+ degrees, I just want to be beach body fit.
I will appreciate any tips you veterans can give a rookie in bodybuilding/Anabolic business. I understand and respect the experience you have and all I can say is, you wont hear the Mr Know it All attitude from me, that you find in a lot of my fellow rookies.
