Ok so I'm 23 years old and an ectomorph through and through. If i dont work out or eat like crazy, i walk around at 5'11"/150lbs. I have worked my ass off to get to 175lbs but without running anything i can't seem to pack on any more mass or strength. When I was younger I ran dbol an test e and went from 130-185, in 2 months but I was young, uninformed, and never did the necessary research so I dropped down to 150 in no time. Now my question is, since I'm such a hard gainer, would I be wasting my time if I tried doing a cross fit like workout while running a cycle? I want to be in good shape but being a stick my whole life has made me deathly afraid of being skinny. Thanks for the feedback
