    new here intro

    about myself 41 years old 185 lbs. I take high blood pressure pills and high cholesterol pills I've been reading about steroid and alternatives for about 1 year or so there is so much I don't know what to belive or who I can trust I' ve tried to talk to my dr. he wouldn't talk about it (I m getting a new one ) i'm wanting to see results fast but don't want to overdo it i'm looking to see everyone's suggestions
