    Hi there, Thanks for saving my body.

    hi there, I am 21 years old and I came to this website looking to get giant.I currently weight-in at 165 pounds now and am 6'3".
    after reading "cycles going wrong for the young" I am 100% turned off steroids until I am way older.

    I figured I was at my maximum potential for size, seeing how my father and family members are all relatively the same size as I am now. but after reading a few of the links on this forum ive decided that I am not at my potential and my testosterone levels are going to keep increasing.

    I guess its time for me to stop slacking, Hit my 3000+ calories a day with 170g of protein a day and just Eat, lift, and sleep. until I hit my goal of 215 pounds

    I want to thank everyone here for saving my body from being hurt. I was just looking for the magical pill to make me grow muscles.

    I hear you guys have an amazing nutrition section so I am going to hit that up daily for tips.
