i m a beginner ..help me out
i am a beginner.my age is 24 ...i don't know abcd of steroids ...which steroids i should go for building muscles well groomed...i weight 71 kg on an average at a height of 5'7" inches...Please help me out i don't know abcd about steroids....what i should take and it proper method..Hey smarties helppp plzz

Hi there.If your a beginner to training then you don't want to be thinking about steroids yet until you've done a good few years training.Concentrate on your diet and training and keep it all natural for now.Maybe in a few years you can look at taking the next step when you reach a sticking point.You should make plenty of satisfying gains without them for now.

From someone who's been lifting longer than you've been alive, trust me when I say you've got plenty of time. Im going to make some assumptions based on your question. Diet is the most important thing right now. Concentrate on learning all you can about diet, and eat right if you're not already doing so. Lots of lean protein, tons of veggies, good fats and some fruit. Besides protein powders, try and stay away from anything processed. Stick to basic movements like squats, deads, presses and cleans for at least a year. At 24 you should be able to add between 10 and 20 lbs a month to your maxes. So if your 1 rep max for squats is 135, you can max at 255 to 315 in one year providing you follow the right protocol and are consistent with your training. Check out 5/3/1 training. In the meantime you can study all about the juice and when you're really ready you'll be much more knowledgeable. Start with reading all the sticky posts. Stay patient and keep working and keep educating yourself. Best of luck. I hope you stick around.
