    Cool Newby

    Hi all, 45y/o here 6'1, 185lbs, been lifting since I was 15 off and on, been at it for two years steady now. I just want to look like I do but 20lbs heavier. Does anyone know if taking this one cycle of deca /test followed by the clomiphene citrate going to be a waist of my time, meaning in a year I will be back to what I am today or can I get any keeping muscle from this?
