    Man boobs or moobs

    Hello everybody the man boobs is killing me I don't have a big boobs but I hate it and I can do everything to ride off from the boobs , so any tips ???

    If its body fat you're talking about, "Move more, eat less!"

    In other words, do more cardio, modify your nutrition and adjust calories to below your TDEE to reduce unwanted fat.

    Adjust your diet & do cardio. Steroids aren't magic. If you have high bodyfat you probably have no business using AAS.

    Stop looking for an easy way out. Put on some sneakers, grab your dog if you have one & go running. & diet. Tell that won't get rid of your man boobs.

    In all fairness it might help you spare muscle (and strength) while cutting but if you have gyno and not just fat related moobs steriods will make it worse

    3 miles on the treddy......5 times a week. It will fall off...trust me on this.
    I also swore off cheese, I eat Ezekial bread and a lot of chicken salads.
    My man boobs were strictly due to my status as a fat @ss
