im 1.83 , 85kgs , 16% bf as of now on my last check , trainned for 8 years then got badly hurt, leave it for another 8 now im back, been training since january, my weight on january was 73kgs, since then i was doing mostly crossfit and insanity, and just been 2 months on the gym my weight 2 months ago was 77kgs and 20% bf---
ill get on my pics later, mi goal is to reach 100kgs ill keep the hard work for another month and then i intend to use a cycle with deca, d-bol, sostenon, right now , im done with ideas as to how to make a proper diet to grow as much as i can, i have the time and the resources to make my 7 meals and to train with out problem, i also ask for help on what type of training i should do, my accident screw my lowerr back, but now im cleared, i just need to about eexercises with out supporting my lower back or my back at all, thats why i cant do squat, or military press with out a proper bench for example .... tk u all and any help will be highly appreciated¡¡
