New guy here.
Just looking to learn some things before I try my first cycle.
I'm currently in the army and my eats is in october,so I plan on starting then. I've been training hard for roughly the past 2 1/2 years,with noticeable gains, just looking for more.

Weight- 171
BF%-11%
