I'm new to this forum stuff. Not a big computer guy, I'm old school. Must have to do with being 43 lol.
Here are my stats:
age 43
6'2" 238lbs
I played college football and first started using way back then. Have done some cycles sporatically over the years. Been about 6 or 7 years since last time. Lost my advisor as to how much and often to take my stuff. Really just lookign for advice.
