    First cycle started. Looking for advice.

    Ok I took everyone's advise and went with a test only first cycle. Took my first injection yesterday. I got some test prop. 100mg. I plan on taking a 100mg every other day for 12 weeks. Will this be enough for moderate gains? I'm 35yrs, 6'-0" 190lbs. I have a solid foundation and diet. Been consistently in the gym for 2yrs now.

    Also, can I switch from the test prop to test cyp in mid cycle. From what I have read the cyp has a longer ester and would require fewer injections. Any advice or input is greatly appreciated! Thanks

    Welcome! Q & A yes, better place. But test is test. The only difference is how long your body takes to break down the binding ester.
