    Arrow Beginning... again

    At one time I was a gym rat and an athlete, had been for over 20 years until life required extreme rehabilitation and refocus. Over 100 pounds lighter, with a bum right shoulder and a limited income, I'm ready now to get back to where I once was, even better!
    I've heard Anavar maybe with a Testosterone supplement of some sort, even an anabolic ... I'm looking for the quickest gains in strength while keeping cut with strong joints. I've always been one to say more is better and I'm just looking for any suggestions.
