    Hey everybody

    Hey everybody I'm glad to be aboard. I'm 5'8" 165lbs and 10% BF. I've never done a cycle but am about to start one. 10 weeks of test cyp and 300mg/week, any suggestions?

    Please repost in steroids Q&A, not forgetting to include your age and time training.

    You will also want to include details of any ancillaries you intend to run a and your planned PCT. and maybe mention how you came up with 300mg per week.

    Do 500mg week. But go ovr to the Q & A site and do as BIB told you and ask over there, OK ....crazy mike
