Hi guys!
My name is Jon and came across this forum and found it pretty neat. I am almost 31 and have never done anything besides regular GNC and bodybuilding.com supplements. Here are my stats:
Weight: 180 lbs
Height: 5'10
Body Fat: 8 - 10% (that's just my guess)
Workout: At least 5 times a week, and soccer 3 times a week (I feel like a parasite if I miss one day)
Workout history: Been working out for 12 years (I probably found out what works for me as far of nutrition and workout regimen in the last 4 years)
Recently tore my ACL and had surgery. Thankfully, I am recovering pretty fast. I do have a couple of other nagging injuries (shoulder pain, hamstring due to inappropriate quad to hamstring ratio and a ligament strain on my foot), which I am hoping to heal (strengthen) with the appropriate gear.
Can anyone told me which someone like me should post my questions at? I am wanting to just heal completely to be 100% once again. If I get a bit bigger and shed some fat, so be it)
