Hello People, I am looking for advice.
HI People, I have been using steroids for te last 10 years To be honest I am very un educated and have allwys relied on other peoples advice. I only take very small amounts, My last course was 250mg of Test E and 200mg of Trenbelone per week, I did not do a PCT and that has messed me up a bit.
I am not a competing body builder and I am only looking at getting a bit of an edge, Im 39 years old and I have been training since I was 15. Started taking Steds at age 30. I moved from the UK to Australia almost 5 year ago and lost a lot of the reliable advice I used to receive. I am looking at doing another cycle of maybe 500mg of TestE and 200mg of Deca a week for 10 weeks.
Can anyone advise on this and give me any advise on PCT aswell and any other advice on staying healthy while I do this. I am around 95 kg but 500 mg of test is a lot for me so want to do the right things.
I would greatly appreciate any Advice.
