Hello to everyone. My name is Roy ad I m new to all this stuff. I am 47 years old and I am looking to get big and healthy looking. Is there anyone out here that could work along side me in the use of. I have no clue what to buy or even how to do a cycle. Someone please help. Thank you.

Hi. Welcome to the forum.
Get healthy and in-shape first. Learn proper form and balance your workouts to include LEGS. Don't be in any rush to do anything but learn what to do and how to do it. The only "big" thing you'll get if you jump into this too quickly and impatiently is a big injury.
Good luck, and dig in. You'll learn a ton on here. It's an awesome site.
