What's up? I'm 33, 6'0", 225lbs. Just thought i'd say hello!
Used to be very regular in the gym until about 1.5 years back when I had a horrible motorcycle accident. Took me physiotherapy and a lot of pain, but I've managed to recover now. Started working out at the gym again late last year, and just working on cutting at the moment.
My short term goal is to get my lifts back to where they used to be and work up from there. Hopefully I can achieve that by the end of the year. I will be lurking around here, and will ask a question or two from time to time.
