    Hi from Canada

    Hi everyone, I'm 33, 5' 9" 175 lbs from Canada. I was hitting the gym solid for over 3 years but took about 3 years off when my daughter was born. I just started back at the gym a few weeks ago and I love it!

    I decided to join because I was always interested in trying steroids but I never took them because the side effects scared me. Now I'm getting more serious about them so I'm doing some research and hope to have some newbie questions answered.

    Kids can do that to you sometimes - turn your world upside down. But you'll be a better dad and set a great example, if you spend a little time in the gym and eating healthy.
