    Hello from the mid west

    Good evening, I'm 30 years and started lifting seriously again about a year and a half ago and got serious about diet 6 months ago, after being seriously hurt at 25 getting depressed and drinking uncontrollably. Played baseball all through high school and into college. Came here to seek advice from people who know and care instead of "that guy" from the gym. 5'6 185lbs at 19.5%.
