Started at 320, down to 212 but then was talked into bulking up for the winter. (get BIG) I know how to diet to loose weight, but when it came time to my cycle I ate like a pig and drank like a fish. I ran test E / Tren A for my first cycle of 12 weeks. I gained 20 pounds, because my diet was off. I am going back to doing insanity 6 days a week and lifting heavy to try and cut bf. Diet is clean I am following Paleo stick with a cheat meal one a week. workouts at the gym are followed by a jefit workout routine(app)and 20 min of cardio..
Any thoughts on the test 350??
