Agree OP. We are many here with much experience and many years of study, training and research. So welcome bud,. But I think after your welcome you should address you Q's on the Q & A site.
Be prepared to answerer a lot of Q's. Your stats:
Age
Height
wght
Years in the gym
Type of experience and goals
Your body type BF% and more.
