    Making a New Me

    Okay so I'm 30 about to turn 31 in about 7 weeks and would like to start that age with a new look. Now I'm 5'11 275 which I've drop from 325. The reason for this is my job which basically is a workout in and of itself. Now I really don't look like 280 more 260 or so but ideally I would like to get to 220-230. I'm about to start a cycle of test 600x, Winn 50, var 10, and Clen for about 4 weeks. I have a great training excerise do to my trainer and I'm trying to cut my caloric intake down to only 1200 a day,( that's what he recommended not me) If you have any suggestions and meal plans that will help me burn more fat as well as good workout please feel free to past them along as I go through this cycle. I'm also looking at possible ideals for my next cycle were I can pack on a few pounds of muscles.

    Please spend some time in our nutrition and learn the safe, healthy way to lose weight. I wouldn't put a 130lb female on a 1200calorie diet, especially if there was a ridiculous amount of physical activity in her job.

    Thanks you guys, even my friend thought that was crazy and to be honest not a big eater here, yet I will definitely checkout the nutrition section.... Oh any tips about protein shake??? Though something tells me that will also be in the nutrition section as well. An last but not least does anyone know anything about DSN (Dynamic sports Nutrition) if there legit or fake?

    To that last question never mind found my answer and does anyone know what would be a good fat burning stack but get a good tone/lean muscle build?

    Welcome that diet seems a little off and the cycle is way more than a little off for a man your size and bf% please read on up before you move further with it good luck.

    8oz chicken (breast I assume), 250 cal. 7oz rice 259 (aprox), half an avocado 117. Seems closer to 626 Cal.. You're only cheating yourself.
