Clean Cutting Help.
Hi everyone, First a little bit about my current situation. I am 26 yrs. old and have been working out for the last three months trying to cut. I have about 11 yrs. of weight lifting experience, so I am pretty confidant about my routines and my meal plan. I am just looking for some advice for better results and possibly add some supplements and changes to meal plan. Im currently 178 pounds and am taking in around 1700 carbs a day. Currently taking about 120 grams of protein. Also taking multivitamins, 500 mg of green tea extract, 1000mg of niacin, and 800 mg of yohimbe extract. Im am in need of better and quicker results. Please any help with what you all have done and taken for great results.... Much appreciated!!

Most days. 2 egg whites 1 cup plain oatmeal 3 baked or grilled chicken breast red pepper added no skin. 2 cups of broccoli and 6 scoops of protein which even out to be around 550 calories... total around 1800 calories a day sometimes lower with only 2 chicken breast... sometimes subbed with fish and whole wheat bread...
