Not a doctor, and I strongly advise you get your situation checked out. That being said, it's possible you nicked a nerve on your last injection. It happens sometimes to guys giving themselves gluteal injections, as well as other places. Did you shoot yourself in the arm or shoulder? If not, it could be anything from a shoulder impingement to meralgia paresthetica, which is the result of compression of a nerve.

I would say you'll just have to wait it out, but if it's been a few weeks, I think you should go have it looked at. Not sure what the doc. can do, but even if it's for the piece of mind, it's worth the visit.

    Good luck,

Sounds like you just struck a nerve. Happens. Are you having any pain? If not, the tingling is more likely to go away in a few more weeks. The fact it's intermittent sounds encouraging. I've had a shoulder impingement that made my right arm and hand numb before I had it operated on, but it was also very painful. I've also had meralgia paresthetica on my left leg from wearing tight squat briefs that eventually went away.

Sometimes issues can be circulatory, but to me, it still sounds more like you tweaked a nerve. The big question is whether you're having pain. At the end of the day, however, it's best you're going to see your doc.

Oh, and be honest with him, letting him know you gave yourself an injection. He won't report you or anything, and that will be the only way he can properly diagnose what's going on. Most of the time, it's obvious to doctors anyway.

Good luck, and hopefully it's something that clears up very soon.

Well, it's good to know there's no pain associated with it. Of course, it could be all that muscle bulk you're building that's squashing everything inside your arm into a tight, cramped space.

Did you inject in the arm? If not could be fluid retention. Sometimes if I retain too much water from HRT my hands will get pins and needles.
