    Hello everyone!

My name is Mike and live in the Midwest. I'm 44 years old, 5'9, 215lbs, not sure on bf but probably around 20% and dropping. After a few injuries I've decided get back into the swing of things. I have been lifting again for about two months after being off for several years due to two shoulder impingements and three herniated discs in my lower back. With many chiropractic visits and hours of deep, deep tissue massage I am at about 90-95%. I started back with light to medium weight and high reps just to get my form back and feel pretty good so far. I have some discomfort in right shoulder when working biceps but good shape other than that. I have spent several months on the internet researching everything as much as possible and joined here today hoping to get advice/opinions on my goals.

My experience is limited to a cycle of hgh about four years ago. Right now I have Sus 250 and Tren 75 both injectable. My plan was to start the Sus and follow with Tren in about two weeks but decided to hold off on the Tren until next cycle as I don't want to take on too much too soon. I'm hoping that is a good decision. I did my first injection of Sus two days ago. Drew with 23 and shot with a 25 in right delt. (1cc btw) Took about 30-45 sec and massaged a good 10 minutes....zero pain in shoulder. I will be doing 500 mg a week for ten weeks (1cc twice a week) I have access to AI's and PCT but am still unsure which way to go. I am leaning toward Aromasin and Nolvadex, would like to have hcg but hard to find and a friend of mine had a bad experience with Clomid as it caused issues with his eyes ( tracers and blurred vision). I have also researched Arimidex.

    Recap:

    Sus 250 500mg week

gonna wait on Tren til next cycle

    AI options Arimidex, Aromasin, ?

    PCT Nolvadex, hcg ,?

I'm looking for opinions and advice on which ones to use, how much and when to start and stop them.

    Any feedback is greatly appreciated...Thanks

All of what the others said. But I have to advise , go slow. I'm 62 next week and I've had a long time off. Really when you think your back all the way, check again and make sure. WE fool ourselves because we want more. Good luck, stay steady and conservative and you'll be OK and make gains. ....crazy mike

Thanks for the welcomes....and yes crazy Mike, I learned the hard way with injuries. I lifted for years and lifted heavy and now it's a different ballgame. Fast is slow and slow is fast. The gains are slower than they were 20 years ago that's for sure!!

    Welcome!

I would wait a few cycles before using tren. maybe use deca the next time and see how you do with that.

AI ( stane 25mg ed or my fav LETRO at 0.25-0.6mg eod-3X a week) *letro works VERY well and LOW dosas should be used for on cycle. many have issues with letro because they use toomuch. * and wait 1-2 weeks before adjusting doses, per adjustment, it takes a lil while to notice. and I belive is the big reason people dont like letro; they use some , feel they need more, bump dose, then 2 days later bump it up, and up and up then when its working its too much... people need to take dose adjustments with letro slow. over weeks not days.

PCT DO NOT use HCG DURING pct. for longer or heavy cycles HCG during cycle ( i rec it the last 4-5 weeks leading up to but NOT into PCT @ 500iu 2X a week) may help recovery. but it is not PCT.
PCT i would rec a combo of Tamox and Clomid . tamox 20mg ed , Clomid 50mg ed for about 4 weeks. if you can only use one then clomid at 50-80mg ed for 4 weeks.

From your advice it seems I'm on the right track so far. I was leaning toward the stane and will check out letro and deca for sure. I agree on the tren even though I was told it was fine...(friend said do 1/2 cc six weeks in. Also agree with you on the hcg as I'm not doing a heavy or long cycle. At least I'm getting the grocery list narrowed down. It's all about research and gaining advice from the more experienced. Based on blogs I've read more people need to research and stop being smart ass know-it-alls to those trying to help......Thanks porkchop
