My name's Chuck. I'm medically retired Army and after a few tough years of dealing with wounds (both physical and mental), monopelegia of my left leg, surgeries, and exhausting physical theary, my body was left in pretty bad shape. I was almost always a very physically fit person, loved working out, played sports in highschool and college, and participated in combatives training with my father who was a USMC instructor. Long story short, after all the health stuff I've only been able to regain a bit of my fitness and have plateaued. My interest in "supplementing" is to regain a physique and level of fitness that will give me a better quality of life. My docs have recommended that I look into both HGH and Testosterone therapies. Sidenote: I've gone to school for Kinesiology and am currently enrolled in a Personal Training and Lifestyle Coaching program (not any online BS, either).
