    Hello ! New Member

    Hello !! Im new here , been training solid for 6 months, eating well + protein and creatine. Im currently at 6''4 and around 180 lbs. Looking forword tot learn alot of good things from here and your advices ! I uploaded some pictures with me. Feel free to critique

    Welcome . You look hard and everything shows because you are lean. Remember some times as you thicken you muscle parts will not be so defined. When your are still lean get to know symmetry and work on weak parts. Try to put some effort into your traps OK A good foundation to build on so keep it up. That's it good luck. ...crazy mike

    welcome I think you will grow some good mase providing your training and nutrition is on point but by looking at you you know how to do that and remember smile when your getting your pic's done lol good luck mate

    yes i do. 2 exercies of 4 sets every shoulder workout !

    Hello to everyone again, took a break from serious training because of vacation and other stuff, but now its time to get back on track. i will post new pictures once i get back in shape! new aproach on my mind , time to eat more. My goal this year is to get to 200lbs.
