    Hello all!

After much browsing and research I finally decided to join this fine forum of knowledge

    Edit:

I apologize for the short/no introduction. I thought I would tell you more about myself as I'm looking forward to getting to know a lot of you in this community.

I was 24 when I began lifting. I had no prior knowledge on nutrition, lifting, etc... everything I know today I've learned from research, logic and experience. I have been lifting 5-6 days per week for the past 3 years. Before I began lifting my life had other focuses- fitness/bodybuilding wasn't even a thought. One day, my wife decides we should join the gym and the rest is history. It's like the clip from Family Guy when Peter takes Stewie to the gym... than get's instantly hooked.

Since day one I always trained with one goal in mind: Pro BB but I wasn't going to jump on any gear on 24. I wanted to follow the process. I wanted to maximize my potential, learn the craft and most importantly told myself that if I can't stay constant with dieting, training; adapting this as my lifestyle than I have no business thinking of being a BB. With patience and persistence I've learned the craft. I've competed in natty comps and won but I feel the time is now to branch out and take my physique to the next level.

Before I started I was ~140lbs.....maybe 13/15% bf. I had no diet and was doing nothing but burger joints and energy drinks and put that all behind me when my wife took us to the gym. I feel like what I've done in 3 years only the few, the dedicated could (not bragging just proud from where I was prior to bodybuilding). I'm roughly 200 lbs, ~8% or less b/f. I'm proud that I got a 505 deadlift, 465lb squat and 315 bench press achieved natty and this was achieved around 180lbs body weight.

Anyways, I hope this gives you guys some insight and why I'm here. Not looking for quick newbie answers like some but to continue my education.

    Take care all!

    Nice to meet you all!

Anyway to get around the forums 'spam software" as I have a p.c.t questions regarding my 1st run that's well written out and researched?

Sorry if this is newbie of me but a first for me on the forums regarding the spam software. I see other new users posting their stuff with less than 25 posts with no issue? Am I missing something here?

LOL. Well, I tried to. Here and in the PCT forums. I get the message that my thread contains banned words for new users with less than 25 post counts.

Welcome. Great mind set, natty till your truly ready. Too many newbies come on here and ask where to buy gear on their first couple of post with little to no gym, or nutrition knowledge and no discipline. "Knowledge is power, and now you know. And knowing is half the battle" G.I. JOE...
