    Hello all!

    Hello Everyone!

    Im new to the forum world and glad to finally be part of it!

    Here are some stats and info

    Age:25
    Height: 5'9
    Weight: 188lbs
    BF: 13-15%
    lifting/bb experience: about 2 years

    a little info about myself: I went from 165 lbs of lean solid muscle in the Marine corps and lost it all to Mr. Jack in the Box, Carls Jr and school, I went up to 215 lbs of gooey-ness and once I graduated I started training hard, I dropped to 177 lbs and bulked to 188 lbs, Im looking to lean out but I would like to gain some mass as well. I have never done a cycle and hope to start one soon.

    I'm here to gain the knowledge and advice I will need with my transformation. Thank you all in advance! I look forward to being part of this community.
