Hey guys IM am new to the forum here. I am 27 years old (6"2") and I am a REAL hardgainer not just a regular skinny guy. I have small wrist and ankles so I must have a small frame. But as I have been reading the forum I see that people generally tell people like me to not take a cycle. Since this is the case I want to learn how to eat better. I eat a lot know and I know especially with the help of some appetite stimulants. But since everybody just says eat I guess I have to do more and find away how to get 6 to 7k calories a day clean to see some type of results. If anybody could help point me in the right direction that would be great. I just want to gain some weight I don't even care what kind.
O and yes I do lift heavy 6 days a week straight for the last 5 months. Before that it was of and on. Squats, Bench press, ect. in my routine. Its just really hard because im skinnier than the average skinny guy.
Also on this forum how do I get all the privilages? As of right now I cant even view my own profile.
