Hey
Hey everyone,
Just figured I'd say hi and give some background and goals. I used to hit the gym every day back in high school and was in great shape. I went to college, dropped off to 3 or 4 days a week at the gym, then got an airline job where I sit on my ass all day flying an airplane where I travel all the time and missed out on going to the gym except for maybe twice a week if I was lucky due to working all the time.... Now I've found I have lots of time again and I'm back into the gym 5 days a week but I'm just not seeing the progress I used to see... It's tough getting back into it, although maybe I'm just getting old.

Welcome. Not sure how long you've been back, but it an take a while. Just be patient and work on your form, diet and work to get your training schedule in as consistently as you can. Muscle memory can come back, but it won't happen over night.
