    Yo

    Hello, I'm 25 years old and have been lifting for 7 years and my diet is pretty in check. I have read a lot of conflicting information on the Internet but I have heard there is solid information here. I plan to start a cycle soon but I'm not sure what exactly. I'll probably be lurking and reading as of now considering I don't have very much knowledge on the subject.

    I have been told by some for my size I will need 750+ mg test for my first cycle. While others tell my 500 or under will be plenty. I am 6'3 & 255 lbs. what is your take?

    Welcome. It is not your size. You are a virgin with aas so you only need Test 500mg wk will do. But there is much much more to learn. Read some of the sticky's as you came in. There are some for beginner cycles , and you'll need to learn about Gyno and an AI inhibitor and PCT etc.. so start reading and learning and asking before you get set. ...crazy mike
