    Help

    Hey everyone,

    I'm about to get out of the Marine Corps in August. I got hurt awhile back and found out that I ha a freak blood clot behind my right knee. After over 7 months of not being able to do cardio I gained a good amount of weight. I want to lose all the fat I gained and start power lifting. Can anyone help me out?

    Thanks man. I appreciate it. Also, should I be worrying about supplements when I'm just starting out or should I wait until I start losing the fat?
