    newbie how do i post a question needing reply

    hey guys,

    24
    173 cm
    87 kilos
    18%bf as per online but haven't been pinch tested yet.

    i need help with clen+ T3 cycles plus you guys to see if my diet is in check and how i can improve it.
    how do i make a post like that?

    Well, you just did but your in the wrong section. Go to the nutrition and aas q&a sections and repost your questions there.
