is my diet in check?
hi guys i want to know is my diet in check and how can i improve on it?
i get super hungry all the time it never stops.
how can i combat my hunger?
what should i add or take out?
Breakfast
Strawberries - Raw, 70 g
watermelon, 100 g
Redbull - Sugar Free x2
Snacks 1
Fruit - Apple
Lunch
Carrots - Raw, 100g
Vegie Burger
Baby Corn 80g
snack 2
Carrots - Raw, 200 g
light capsicum dip
dinner
Carrots - Raw, 100g
Vegie Burger
Baby Corn 80g
snack 3
diet jelly 140g around 4 cal
around 900 cal

Spend all your time in the nutrition section! Your listed diet is not only unproductive for bodybuilding/strength training; it is also unhealthy imo.

Listen to above, I see at most 60g of protein a day on that diet too

What's your stats? That diet consists of mainly sugar, I don't see anything except the veggie burger that would fill you up.
Read some of the stickies and look at some other people's threads, then post up a newer diet.
